The Income Management module automates the generation of receipts across multiple donation types, providing real-time tracking and enhanced clarity. Simultaneously, the Expense Management feature streamlines voucher and cheque handling, simplifying audits and ensuring financial records are always accurate and accessible.
Without automation, tracking employee attendance and managing payroll was inefficient and prone to errors. Furthermore, the absence of a centralized reporting system made it impossible to get a clear, real-time overview of the temple's financial health, which critically hampered strategic planning and effective decision-making.
We implemented a robust Employee Management module to maintain a complete staff database with integrated attendance and salary tracking. To provide financial clarity, we developed an Account Diary to consolidate all income and expense data, alongside a dynamic Dashboard that offers real-time metrics on the temple’s financial performance, empowering administrators with actionable insights.
