To address this, RankWise was created a data-driven mobile app designed to empower engineering aspirants across Gujarat with clear, predictive, and transparent insights into the complex admission process. The primary objective was to simplify the admission journey by blending predictive analytics, real-time data, and an intuitive interface. Students struggled to estimate their potential merit rank based on exam scores, making it difficult to set realistic goals. This was compounded by the fact that historical cut-off data for colleges was often outdated, hard to find, and difficult to filter, creating widespread confusion.
Solution: A Predictive Engine and Searchable Cut-Off Database.
We developed a powerful prediction engine that uses historical data trends to provide students with an estimated merit rank based on their scores. We paired this with a comprehensive and searchable database of past college cut-offs, allowing users to easily filter by branch, category, city, and year.
